    "Iron sharpens iron."

An accomplished executive leadership coach and consultant, I have over 20 years of success at the intersection of global development, culture, public policy, leadership development and philanthropy.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, I began my career as a high school teacher in Liberty City, Miami, at Northwestern High School. From there, I moved to Israel, studied with Nobel Prize game theory awardees, and began an incredible journey where I developed my own brand of relentless drive and hope -- balanced by resilience and reality.

I focus on creative and future focused solutions that are based in real-life theories of change. Immersed in the most complex issues of our day, I've worked in leadership and consulting roles across a variety of start-ups and turn-arounds in education, business and philanthropic organizations as well as with innovators in medtech, cybersecurity, civic leadership and in entrepreneurship.

In my work to help elites create sustainable change, I served as Executive Director of The Rabin Alliance, following the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, became a senior advisor to an Israeli Prime Minister, Senior Program Officer for Forbes #17 Top Giver Lynn Schusterman, Lead Mentor at IBM's SmartCamp Global bootcamp and GigTank's first accelerator. From Wall Street to Silicon Valley and Silicon Wadi, I work with visionaries who understand our responsibility in creating better for our world.

Now living in Boca Raton, Florida, I provide leadership consulting and create 'infotaining' experiences & seminars that deliver an energetic flair and infuse creative strategy with decision-makers, CEO's and boards.

    Looking forward to our conversation.
